We are specialized in Mortgage survey Drafting and also in following surveys:

Mortgage Survey

When buying or refinancing a home or commercial property a survey is usually required by your lender. This survey will show the boundary lines of the property and all existing improvements on the property. The survey will also show easements of record plotted on the survey. Utilities servicing the property and fences are some of the other important details that will be shown on the survey.

Boundary/Cadastral Surveys

A survey to establish the boundaries of a parcel, unit or public land using its legal description which typically involves the setting or restoration of monuments or markers at the corners or along the lines of the area.

Subdivision Plats

A subdivision plat is a map of a subdivision of land into lots and blocks, and is the product of a process that simplifies legal property descriptions and dedicates lands for public use.

Topographic Surveys

The objective of topography is to determine the position of any feature or more generally any point in terms of both a horizontal Coordinate system such as latitude and longitude, and altitude. Identifying (naming) features and recognizing typical landform patterns are also part of the field.

ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys

An ALTA survey shows improvements, easements, rights-of-way, and other elements impacting the ownership of land and is often prepared for commercial properties, as it will provide the title company with the information required to insure the title to the land and improvements to the high degree that a commercial development may require.

Architectural Surveys

The need for architectural survey derives from the desire to identify the significant physical elements of our past in order that they may be preserved and protected for future generations.

Right-of-Way Surveys

Right-of-ways are similar to easements, but differ in subtle ways. The right-of-way is a right established by usage to pass over another person's property. For instance utility corridors, gas lines and water lines all use a right-of-way to access the utility.
